Browns offers a seamless return process within 14 days of delivery to ensure your luxury fashion purchases meet every expectation. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Browns account, navigate to 'Orders & Returns,' and select the items you wish to send back to generate a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and then inside the Browns shipping box, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery information.
Schedule a Collection
Book a complimentary courier pickup through our portal or drop off your package at an authorized collection point to begin the refund process.
